Impact of IL-10-1082A\G promoter gene polymorphism and production in lung cancer patients

Lung cancer a deadliest malignant disease , Cytokines play critical role in regulating host immune response toward and determining the overall fate of tumorigenesis. So this study aimed to investigate impact gene variation IL-10 promotor region on production cytokine their effect lung outcome. The aim is detection IL-10-1082A\G polymorphism serum level with it correlation progression disease. A Case-control was performed 150 patients 54 females 96 males matched age gender attending Middle Euphrates Cancer Center AL-Najaf province group 60 healthy individual as control. Blood sample collected from all were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Single nucleotide detected ARMS-PCR technique. result shown that IL-10-1082 G/A significantly (P<0.05) high frequencies homozygous GG, G allele carrier patients, contrast AA AG genotype appear at low frequency patients. data showed genetic variants affect associated
